Product Description

BQG-2118 zirconia oxygen analyzer is practical and reliable on-line automatic oxygen analyzer. Its measurement and display system consists of an oxygen detector (sensor) and a display instrument (transmitter). The detector is made of heat-resisting and anti-corrosion materials and can be directly inserted into flues for measurement of oxygen. The display instrument adopts single-chip control and can be used in combination with various electric unit combination instrument, general display recorder instruments and distributed control systems (DCS).
Zirconia oxygen analyzer is used for rapid and accurate on-line measurement and analysis of the oxygen contents in the flue gas produced by combustion equipments, such as boilers, furnaces and heaters, so as to realize control of low-oxygen combustion, energy saving and pollution abatement.

1.The sensor is made of heat-resisting and anti-corrosion materials with high reliability.
2.With a special structural design, this analyzer doesn't need external air pump, and the reference air can realize convection by itself.
3.The sensor has a standard air interface, which enables calibration check on the site and provides convenient maintenance.
4.It adopts single-chip control and data processing with quick response, accurate measurement and stable performance.
